My role is to gather and analyse requirements for ongoing IT projects to ensure that the projects are in tune with the business needs. I am also currently engaged in mapping of business processess and capabilities for alignment of IT with the business of oil and gas - which is NNPC's principal business. I also monitor in-house IT project performance to ensure that the IT business unit does not lose sight of quality assurance and control.
Other activities I am involved in are writing and publishing of an in-house quarterly IT bulletin, and an IT security audit for the entire organisation
