My staff was composed of 320 Lilly employees in the sites and over 50 employees at the corporate level to deliver common solutions. Areas of specific focus include the definition of a global IT and Automation architecture aligned to ANSI S95 standards, the development of a robust delivery and validation capabilities, the centralized implementation of the SAP manufacturing suite at a global level along with the deployment of common distributed execution and control systems but also other engineering systems.
