[INTERMINES CARRIERES] Burn out : How to digital Detox and reclaim your creativity

‘Creativity is the process of having ideas that add value.’ Sir Ken Robinson.  According to neuroscience what triggers a creative mode as opposed to an uncreative mode is ‘situational’. Paradoxically, these ‘situations’ are often associated with burnout. How can you ignite your creative mode but prevent burnout? One area to contemplate is your relationship with the digital world. Scientific evidence suggests that there is a mismatch between our biology and our technological environment, so, it's time for a digital detox? Andrea will share some practical tips on how to help you manage your digital experiences and reclaim your creativity.

Andrea Edmondson



Andrea is an expert on how stress impacts our wellbeing in helpful and harmful ways. Understanding how the brain and body responds to the myriad of stressors in the modern world empowers individuals to make changes that impact their wellbeing and performance. In addition to her masters from the Universities of London and Glasgow, she has 30 years of teaching and coaching experience in the UK and the USA. Andrea’s knowledge of self-regulation and neurobiology is what informs her approach, if it’s not evidenced-based it doesn't get shared.  She is insatiably curious, loves to spark ideas and has spent thousands of hours researching and training.
